Prior to founding Strategy Execution Partners, Jonathan Dürr was Head of Strategy & Transformation for the Supply Chain & Operations organisation of a food group. In this role, he introduced and managed a group-wide strategy implementation process, which aligns the organisation and its 10,000 employees towards common goals every year. He was also responsible for and led the introduction of a transformation roadmap for operational excellence in all of the food group’s production plants.

Prior to this, Jonathan Dürr was part of the Group’s internal consulting team, where he supported companies in the introduction of operational excellence systems. In this role, for example, he led the lean transformation in one of the largest meat processing plants in Switzerland.
