As Head of Operations & Performance, Kai Ronecker was most recently responsible for the operational excellence transformation of 100 production plants at an international food group. By engaging 10,000 employees in daily improvements, he was able to significantly increase annual savings. At the same time, he aligned all plants to a common strategy to ensure these results in the long term.
Prior to this, Kai Ronecker was a partner and Head of the Operations Practice of the Group’s internal consulting team. Together with his team, he has implemented efficiency programmes in various companies and led complex transformation projects at Group level, such as the lean transformation of one of the largest private label manufacturers in Europe. He is a certified executive coach and is a guest lecturer at the ETH in the fields of operational excellence and production digitalisation, among others.

For more than a decade, I have been helping industrial companies to improve their performance – true to the motto: simpler, faster, better is always and everywhere possible. In order to be able to help more customers with my expertise, I founded Strategy Execution Partners together with Jonathan Dürr.
I specialise in using operational excellence to effectively increase the profitability of companies. In my project work, I always focus on achieving results and the realisability of these results. With my positive attitude and enjoyment of my work, I motivate every project team to achieve top performance.
